Birthday Party & Event Rentals at the Roosevelt Student Wellness Center

The Roosevelt Student Wellness Center provides a spacious, family‑friendly environment perfect for birthday parties, team celebrations, and community gatherings. Our facility comfortably accommodates 40–60 guests and offers flexible activity options to create a fun and memorable event.

Standard Party Package

Your rental includes:

• 2 hours of gymnasium and party room use

• Access to the upstairs party room

• 5 round tables (seating up to 8 each) with tablecloths

• 3 additional tables for food, staging, or setup

• 45 minutes of setup time prior to your event

• 30 minutes of teardown and clean‑up time after your event

Facility Features

• Full gymnasium access for open play

• Option to section the gym into 1–3 pickleball courts

• Volleyball setup available upon request

• Seasonal access to the outdoor playground (spring, summer, fall)

• A variety of activities available, including:

  • Basketball

  • Volleyball

  • Dodgeball

  • Pickleball

Batting Cages (Optional Add‑On)

• $15 per cage

• Includes baseballs and a pitching machine

• Pitching machine must be operated by an adult

• All hitters must wear batting helmets

Pricing

• October 1 – April 31: $120

• May 1 – September 30: $130

• Batting cages: $15 each

Deposit & Payment

• A $30 deposit is required to secure your reservation

• Remaining balance is due after the event

• Checks may be made payable to Roosevelt Community Partnership

Reservation Process

To request a date and time, please complete and submit the Reservation Request Form. After submission:

• You will receive an email with a link to pay your deposit and finalize your booking

• If your requested date or time is unavailable, you will be notified by email
