Reservation Policy

 

The following criteria shall be applied to establish priorities for the scheduling of the use of the Roosevelt Student Wellness Center.

Hubbard Schools will reserve their times in Roosevelt a month ahead of time on the 20th of each month. For example, if Hubbard Schools needed to use the facility for December 3rd, they would have that request submitted by November 20th.  Following that, Hubbard youth organizations (HLE wrestling, HCYL, HYB) can reserve their time by having their request in writing submitted by the 25th of the month. HLE has priority on the gym floor during their season.  After the 25th of the month, the facility will take request for rentals for non-school sponsored student groups and then non-school sponsored adult groups. This includes the general public.

 

Any attempt to schedule facility usage made after the 25th of the month prior can be made by going clicking on the "Reservation Request" link at the top of the menu and completing the request form.  

 

Any group attempting to schedule outside of the criteria listed above may request an exemption in writing. This request will be considered by the RSWC Committee and a response will be issued in writing withing 10 days of the request.

 

Non School sponsored activities are required to meet the following criteria:

1. Enter into a building use contract with RSWC

2. Meet the fee schedule as established by RSWC

3. Acknowledge that the Hubbard Schools and it agents reserve the right to cancel / postpone contracted outside events to facilitate school activities.  Written notice of cancellation / postponement of outside events will be issued to contracting parties when feasible

BATTING CAGE AND GYM FLOOR RESERVATIONS AND RENTALS RULES AND PROCEDURES

• HCYL, HLE and HYB  MANAGERS AND COACHES may begin reserving time on 21st of the month for the following month ahead.

  • ​Each Mgr/Coach can reserve one slot during the week and one on the weekend​

  • Reservations are audited on a daily basis against the list of managers/coaches that have been submitted to the Roosevelt Community Partnership by the HCYL, HLE and HYB Directors

    • If a coach is not on the managers and coaches list provided by the youth organizations, the reservation will be rejected and they will receive an email.

    • IF they are an HCYL, HLE or HYB coach and the reservation gets rejected, they will need to have their Manager notify that League Director and the League Director or Oraganzation's Director will let us know to add them to the list.

• Open to general public booking on the 26th of the month for the following month. Must be 18 or over to make a reservation.

• Those reserving the Gym or Batting cages under Hubbard High School, HLE, HCYL and HYB are not permitted to charge those attending the booking.

• All attendees under a private rental must sign in at the front desk
