Cancellation Policy

HCYL Organization must provide proof of insurance Must be a current Manager, coach or newly assigned MANAGER of HCYL team • ALL players must be registered as HCYL players unless they are just joining this year • ALL players and coaches must sign in upon arrival • Players from outside of HCYL are not permitted to join in this booking • ALL Managers, Coaches and Players must abide by the cage or Gym Floor rules. Failure to do so may prohibit future bookings • Please clean up and be prepared to leave the cage or floor by the end of your scheduled time. • Under no circumstances should the manager or coach responsible for the rental be charging a fee to any party attending this booking • ONLY managers, coaches and players are permitted beyond the upstairs double doors leading to the cage ALL ATTENDEES (Mgr, coach, parent, player) must sign in if they are in the facility
