Kick off the school year with a class that’s all energy, all rhythm, and all fun. Our own Renee Penick brings the beats, the movement, and the hype — you just show up and jump in.

Your first Monday night workout starts here. $2 fee upon arrival. Grab a friend, grab your rhythm, and let’s make some noise.
